October 13th, 2006: She’s a busy bee, she is.


I have tons of stuff to do. Tons. I’m hosting Tony’s birthday party tonight (see previous entry) - Ahh. I think I’m turning into an alcoholic. Ok, no I’m not. I’m just a social drinker — yeah! Let’s ignore the fact that I have social occasions at least three times a week . I’m about to go prepare the kitchen so Mr. Culinary Arts can do his thing in the kitchen. He’s doing some side job right now (score!) but I feel bored without him here. What’s the point in watching TV if I don’t have him here to hog the remote!?

I need to get a grip. Yep.

Some of the hazards of being joined to the hip with your lover — when you separate, even for the shortest time, you’re bound to go nuts.

I think I’ll tweak some things around the site — I have links to add, and smilie downloads to fix (why didn’t anyone tell me!!) If someone wants to ask me questions, now’s a good time too.

And while I have a moment, I’ll briefly discuss something I know at least one of you guys watches: Flavor of Love. C’mon people - Flava Flavvvve. Ha, let me stop sounding like some of these crazy girls on there. As entertaining as this show is, I feel a little wierd about it. Why? a) I know who wins. People can’t seem to obtain the smallest bit of information and keep it to themselves. Ah whatever - I’m still watching! & b) I’m finding it hard to figure how many girls are there for FLAVE and not for his deep pockets/networking capabilities, or the chance to just bootyshake on TV for 4-5 months. I’m sorry, the only person who I think is really gung ho for him is New York’s crazy self; because she wanted to get her little bit of fame she’s already gotten it; people know her big ass mouth a mile away. In both directions. I’m not sure what to say about “Deelishis”, her cheekbones make me nervous. Hah, I kid. *cough* I’ll quit this for now, I could be talking to no one for all I know; The internet’s been kinda dead around these parts lately. I figured maybe this would be a decent substitute for America’s Next Top Model, who I’ve yet to fully indulge into yet this season. My heart is still broken from bland ass Nicole winning…however many seasons ago, and it hasn’t been the same since. :

Let me get started with the preparations, I have a good three hours.

Text-only entries kill me, but I have someone who has taken a liking to stealing pictures and the like off this thing, and so i’ll leave this as is.

    I hope you have fun at the party; I’m actually stuck inside the house for the night. Stomach problems.

    As for Flavor of Love; the last time I watched it was whenever Hoops won. It really didn’t impress me that much. I don’t think there will ever be a girl who’s going to be there for him, despite his looks. I think they are there for his moolah. I remember one of my friends telling me that New York came back for this season.

    ANTM; I missed watching it this past wednesday. It’s not really all of that interesting. There’s like 2 girls there that can be beautiful without makeup. Lol, I’ve talked too much. Nice site, btw.

    I hope you had fun at the part. I watch flavor of love all the time LOL! it’s hilarious to me. I think their on there for the money and publicity that’s all ya know? New York got let back int he house and she’s one of the top two. i hope that that other girl wins lol… new york and her mom are on some other shi LOL! I hope all is well.     Hey there. Sorry I’ve been away so long. But I want you to know your site is one of my faves and I love your blogs. Okay.. looking at the Giants cake down there just reminded me Falcons vs. Giants TODAY!! I have stuff I need to do before the game comes on so I’m going to have to get to it. LOL!

    I used to feel the same way you feel about your love. Losing my damn mind when we were apart. Now we’re married and its like damn, I need to go somewhere for a little while. LOL! J/K.. that’s still my baby.

    Flava of Love. I have not seen it very much this season. LMAO @ ol girl’s cheek bones making you nervous. LMAO! I’m looking at all the stab wounds on her back like DAMN!! She definitely has a history. New York is crazy as all hell, and him brining her back really made this season interesting. I think all of those heffa’s a crazy. Nasty and have some issues with their self-esteem. Because Flave.. kissing Flave.. sexing Flave. That’s just nasty.

    I hear how you feel about being separated from the one you love for even a short time. I’ve spent nearly every day with Christian for over a year now, so 1-2 days even starts to make me feel like something’ missing.

I didn’t watch the first season, but second season? woooow Hoops from the first season lives in a neighboring town of mine and she’s like semi-famous around here :rolleyes: Delishis is a big ass girl! I’d be scared of her as well….she’s kinda manly looking almost but I definitely like her over New York

    I honestly think that most of those women from the Flava Flave show are only there to try and get some kind of television fame. New york seemed pretty sincere in wanting Flava, but with televsion anything is possible. Deelishus looks like a man to me so you’re not the only one who is bothered by the cheekbone thing.     FLAVAAAA FLAVVVVVVVVV.. lol. I havent watched it for some time but damn its entertaining! But got to admit, new york makes it more interesting even though shes crazy.. or maybe its because she’s crazy.

    Haha! I feel the same about TV when Dave isn’t here. It’s no fun watching by yourself. And coincidentally, one of the shows Dave and I like to watch together is Flava Flave!!! The epitome of trashy tv but oh so good! I definitely thing the girls are on there for fame/moola. I mean really…. who would want Flava Flav for… well, him. He’s so ridiculous in a bad way.
